02/21/2008 :  With our deepest apologies we were experiencing web form problems. If you recently sent a question and did not receive a reply and/or only got an error message last time,  then try again.

We will be answering questions, on a limited basis, from our Ask-A_Tech answer form for 30 to 60 days. This will give us a chance to do some updates to the site and to concentrate on improving our system. We will also try to post more of the backlog of questions we already received over the last few years.
   We will still monitor incoming email however, please look our web site over before sending off an Ask-A_Tech email.

  This form bellow  will make both of our lives easier. If you have a technical question, please fill in this form, completely, so you can get the right answer, the first time. We're not being nosey**, we're just trying to speed things up. 
For general comments about this web site, non-technical questions, and just plain old chit-chat, please use our log book response form.

Would you like to see what others have asked? These samples are a small portion of a large block of emails, sent to us over the last 3 years. We are working on a more organized listing, with a searchable format.
