Don't be surprised if every service shop in the world, asks you these few simple questions. Copy this image save it and print it, if you have to, but do it. Even better yet, staple it in the back of your service manual. (The serial # on the back of an old napkin trick, doesn't cut it.)

Oh, would the world be a better place. Maybe that's what it's like in mechanic's heaven.....  Everybody knows their model and serial numbers....
